When she is the Winter Queen and blows us a cold, cold kiss
Then the sky is darkened and there’s snowfall and there’s mist

She’s the Goddess of the Glen Like the forest she’s our friend
And her love she sends The Goddess of the Glen

When the winter freeze is at an end and it’s time for Spring
For the summer months she rules till, the autumn time begins

When she rules in Summer and puts on her pretty smile
And then the sun shines brightly and it’s summer for a while
When she is the Summer Queen and sheds some golden hair
It grows the golden wheat fields giving us ale for all to share
